The Man Who Forgot Ray Bradbury

I posted this recording shortly after the passing of Ray Bradbury in June of this year and I wanted to post it again. It’s a gorgeous love letter from Neil Gaiman to one of his idles and it’s one of my favorite short stories. It’s the perfect balance of sentimentality, sincerity, and magic. It’s an engrossing monologue.

I adore Neil Gaiman’s voice. It’s smooth and calming. Every word is given clarity and passion. He speaks with stillness.

So, sit back and relax. It’s a little less than 15 minutes long. Take the time. You won’t regret it.
